Details about the panels
Each guest's attendance at Comic-Con Brno & Junior is listed. Guest attendance is subject to change. Panel discussions with guests are included in the price of a Comic-Con Brno & Junior ticket.
- VIP ticket holders have priority access to Hall E1 and reserved seats in the front rows. If they do not occupy their reserved seats at least 5 minutes before the start of the event, they forfeit their right to them.
- Participants are required to follow the organizers’ instructions regarding entry into the hall, any relocations, leaving the halls, photography, and filming, etc.
- Discussions in foreign languages in Halls E1 and E4 are simultaneously interpreted via headphones; it is necessary to pick up the headphones in advance (for a fee) and return them to the organizers upon leaving the hall.
- Photography with flash and the recording of video and audio are permitted only from your seat and 5 minutes after the start and 5 minutes before the end of each event, so as not to disrupt the event. Failure to comply with these conditions will result in a warning or termination of participation in the event or even the entire convention.
- All guests have the right to cancel their participation at any time due to work commitments, illness, or personal reasons, even shortly before the festival. Participants are not entitled to a refund of tickets, including VIP tickets, in the event of a guest’s cancellation.
Details about meet-and-greets, photos, and autographs

- A 20–25-minute backstage meeting with the guest
- A large professional group photo with the guest in both print and digital formats
- A large photo of the guest (in casual attire, from a movie, TV series, or game) for signing

- You can order all tickets and VIP tickets in advance through Ticketportal, and meet-and-greets, photos, and autographs through the Comic-Con Brno & Junior e-shop.
- If the total number of tickets is sold out before the festival, unfortunately it is not possible to purchase tickets, meet-and-greets, photos, and autographs later.
- If they are not sold out, tickets can be purchased on-site at Ticketportal, and meet-and-greets, photos, and autographs at the Comic-Con Brno & Junior sales booth in the photo zone.
- All prices listed are approximate; the final prices are available in the Comic-Con Brno & Junior e-shop, at Ticketportal, and on-site.
- The organizer reserves the right to change prices at any time (which does not affect previously purchased tickets).
- In the event that a guest cancels their participation, we automatically refund the money to the card. Refunds may take up to a week from the cancellation notification, depending on the bank and payment gateway.
Organization of meet-and-greets, photo sessions, and autograph sessions
- Approximately one week in advance, the participant selects a time for a meet-and-greet, photo session, or autograph session via the Comic-Con Brno & Junior e-shop or on-site.
- The meeting with the guest takes place with the guest’s assistant, who may also act as an interpreter; it lasts 20–25 minutes, accommodates 1–4 participants, and includes a selfie, autograph, and refreshments.
- Participants will receive a 20x25 cm photo with the guest (including an info strip) immediately after leaving the photo session location.
- One voucher = one photo for up to two people at a time.
- A space is reserved in the main guest area, complete with refreshments, for meetings with the guest. A maximum of 4 participants will meet with the guest for approximately 25 minutes. The meeting will be interpreted by the guest’s assistant as needed.
- Areas on the 2nd floor of Pavilion E, behind Hall E1, will be reserved for photos with guests and autograph sessions. On each day the guest is present, there will be one meet-and-greet, at least two half-hour photo sessions, and several half-hour autograph sessions.
- On the Comic-Con Brno & Junior e-shop approximately one week in advance or on-site at the booth in the photo & autograph zone, participants will select a specific half-hour time slot from the available options during which they wish to receive a photo with the guest (purchased in advance online or on-site), an autograph, or meet with the guest.
They will not have to stand in hour-long lines. - If a participant does not select a time slot or misses their selected time slot, they forfeit their right to the meeting, photo, or autograph and are not entitled to a refund. The organizers in the Comic-Con Brno & Junior photo & autograph zone will nevertheless try to find a solution if one exists.
- If the meet-and-greet, photo session, or autograph session is delayed for any reason, the participant will wait until it is their turn.
- One purchased voucher entitles the holder to one photo for one to two people. For group photos, it is necessary to purchase multiple vouchers.
- Actors will only provide selfies during meet-and-greets; therefore, we do not offer them for sale at all, not just to save time. One autograph is included in the meet-and-greet.
- Participants will receive a professionally printed 20x25 cm photo (+ info strip) and an envelope immediately after leaving the photo area.
- Participants are entitled to a retake if the photo is of very poor technical quality (very blurry, overexposed or underexposed, does not capture the head and most of the body, etc.). Participants are not entitled to a retake if they simply do not like the photo or if the technical quality of the photo is at least good.
- A digital version of the photo can be obtained by downloading it from the Comic-Con Brno & Junior website/e-shop approximately two weeks after the festival, using the code provided on the original photo.
- A guest is entitled to refuse a photo taken in an inappropriate pose or an autograph on an inappropriate item at their discretion.
- Participants are required to follow the organizers’ instructions, not to linger, and not to bother the guests.
- This organizational information may be changed at any time, including on-site, as deemed necessary by the organizers to ensure the smooth running of the photo and autograph sessions.
