Take a look at Mendel's manuscript, one of the most important "books" in science, which is headed to UNESCO, and especially at CCB&J and Kniha Brno. Or get involved in the Genome of Europe study, in which scientists will read your sample as if it were a book thousands of years old. You can also try your hand at writing in Kurent. All activities can be found on the second floor at the Společně o.p.s. stand.
